    One simple answer, yes or no?

    The grounds are beautifully lush, with multiple pools. Service was excellent, especially from Nashon and the friendly waitstaff! The beachside dinner with acrobatics created a night to remember!

    Maintaining relaxation was hard with mosquitoes around at sunset! The gym could use a revamp, which impacted my fitness plans.

    The hotel clearly needs more attention to detail!!! Broken tiles in the pool area, leaky showers in the rooms, and poor bathroom finishes gave off a decidedly unrefined vibe!!! The owners should really consider elevating the standard to match a true 5-star experience!!!

    Fine views and really good dining experience

    My stay included a amazing view from the Superior Balcony Room, where I enjoyed gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. The dining experience was particularly good at the Lemongrass restaurant with delectable Indian dishes that I couldn't get enough of. The resort's layout created a peaceful atmosphere. The gym equipment needs some upgrades for a better workout experience.

    The free room upgrade reminded me of a great surprise. The adults-only pool provided a much-needed escape from the bustle of kids. The resort layout contributes to a serene atmosphere. Service was notably prompt. Ordering room service was easy, and the transportation arrangements were handled well. I thoroughly enjoyed dining at Lemongrass restaurant, especially the romantic vibe and tasty food, particularly the Indian dishes. My experience was marred by a few issues. The gym had broken equipment, such as the treadmill and a crosstraining machine, which affected my workout routine. The dinner package excluded soft drinks, leading to extra expenses, while breakfast included only drinking water. The shower in my room had low pressure, and the Arabic shower needed repairs. Lastly, there was an incident where an unauthorized person entered my room, leaving muddy footprints, which left me feeling uneasy despite nothing being stolen.
